  • Warranty

    Shopping4 treads your order with the utmost attention. We pursue high quality standards for all products in our shop. In case the product is not matching your expectations, please inform us within 14 working days after placing your order. Your invoice serves as warranty.

    You can contact Shopping4 via email or postal letters. Our contact coordinates can be found in the customer service section – on the contact us page.

    If the delivery is not matching your expectations due to an error by Shopping4 (e.g. damaged, wrong product…), we will of course replace this product free of charge or - if you prefer – will fully reimburse your purchase (including shipping costs).

    In case the mistake is not due to Shopping4, then the standard conditions and terms apply for <a href=””>returning products within the trial period (right to withdrawal)</a>.

  • Right of withdrawal

    Compliant with European laws, you have the right to repudiate the order without specifying any reason within a period of 14 days, starting on the day you receive the product.
    The product can only be returned when it is unused, and if possible, in the original packaging. The costs related to exercising your right of withdrawal are at the customers expense.

    Please do not confuse this right of withdrawal with the receipt of a defective or non-conforming product. As a seller, we will always accept the return of a non-compliant product, this is a defective shipped product or a faulty delivered product, if you report this to us within a reasonable time.
    This reasonable period is determined by law and gives consumers 2 months time to notify the seller in case of receipt of a non-conforming delivery, the period starts from the moment the product is received.

  • Complaint - Return

    When you have a complaint or a broken product that you want to return, you can follow below steps:

    1. Notification of return/complaint

    2. Confirmation

    Your application will be processed within 24 hours after dispatch.
    You will receive an email confirming that your complaint or request for return has been received as well as instructions for the further handling of your complaint or the return of your goods.

    3. Return of goods

    This topic does not apply to complaints.

    4. Treatment of the complaint or return

    After treatment of your complaint we offer you a suitable solution.
    In case of return, you will receive a confirmation that the goods have arrived with us and we will send you via email updates of the repair status.
    If the repair is under warranty, the repair is free of charge, for out of warranty repairs we always make a quotation that needs to be approved by the customer before the repair is performed.
    Costs associated with returning a product for repair are borne by the consumer.

    5. Disputes treatment

    Disputes regarding the handling of complaints or returns can be submitted both by the customer of P2K bvba - Shopping4to the Disputes commision Webshop, PO Box 90600, 2509LP The Hague with due observance of the provisions as written down in our terms and conditions.
    The court of Ghent (Belgium) is responsible for legal disputes.
