    Shopping4 offers different payment options.

    You can pay in advance (this option ensures fastest processing of your order):

    • Upon pickup in our store
    • Wire transfer
    • Home Banking (ING, Belfius, BNP Fortis Paribas)

    You can pay after delivery:

    • At pick up

  • Direct banking

    Home/Direct banking payment system allows you a fast and secure online payment. Direct banking is done via the same platform of the internet-banking applications. This system offers you a safe and fast payment process via your own internet banking application, applying your banks specific security systems.

    For executing the payment of your goods bought online, the same tools are used as when you would be doing a money transfer via your online banking website. Your payment is executed immediately: it is just like doing a bankcontact payment in a shop.

    Home/Direct banking is supported by among others ING, Belfius and BNP Fortis. Access to the internet banking application of one of these banks is all that is required to be able to use direct banking. Despite direct banking is also supported by KBC/CBC, we have experienced on a regular basis technical issues in processing the payment. We advice you not to opt for direct banking when you are a customer of KBC/CBC, and to use one of our other payment options like money transfer.

     

    How is home/direct banking working?

    You place your order on the Shopping4 website. During checkout, you specify that you want to pay via the direct banking platform. This is done by selecting the direct banking payment method. You fill in all other required data and after confirming the checkout you will be asked to select your bank. Once you have done this, you will be redirected to the web-banking application of the selected bank, and a payment transaction will be created automatically by the application. You will be requested to specify some data and to confirm the payment. The payment will be executed immediately by your bank and Shopping4 will be informed about this payment, allowing us to prepare the shipment of your order.

    If your order has been placed before 14h00 CET, your order will be processed the same day by our team. Depending on the country of destination, your shipment is delivered within 24 hours.

  • Your privacy is guaranteed

    Shopping4 understands how important personal information is to you as our customer, and we handle your personal information with care.
    All information provided by you, are stored in our customer data files. Unless you have specified otherwise, your personal information is only used to allow a correct and fast processing and execution of your orders.

    It is the policy of Shopping4 to never give away or sell your any personal data to another partner or company. Your personal information is only provided to companies involved with the processing and execution of your order, like the transport company making the delivery of your goods and the financial partners involved in the execution of the payment. These companies have to comply with the privacy policy of Shopping4 and hence cannot use or sell your data for any other purpose then the execution and processing of your order.

  • How much are the shipping costs?

    Shipping costs for deliveries in Belgium, The Netherlands or Luxemburg are € 4,95. All orders with a total value of € 20,- or higher are shipped for free.
    Orders of € 20,00 and less are charged an administration fee of € 2.

    Shipping costs for other countries depend on the destination. For orders with a total value of € 250,- or higher, a reduction is given. Please see below table for details.

    For orders with a weight of 30kg and more or with a depth and width in excess of 3m, a special transport needs to be arranged. This price is not known upfront and will be corresponded afterwards.

  • Secured payment

    Shopping at Shopping4 is safe, secure and can be trusted! Our checkout process uses industry standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) 128-bit encryption (the strongest possible) which secures all your data. The SSl certificate is provided by VeriSign, one of the world leading electronic security service providers. VeriSign is providing similar service to the webshops of Amazon, Ebay, Apple and Skype.

    Via the SSL-certificate all your personal data (username, password, address and most importantly, credit card & payment data) is sent encrypted to the Shopping4 servers.

    To check the security of your connection, look at the lower right-hand corner of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see a padlock or a closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active & working to protect you.

  • Cancelling an order

    You can cancel your order free of charge as long as we haven’t shipped your goods. You can check the status of your order by logging in with your personal account into the customer section of the Shopping4 website.

    Cancelling your order(s) can only be done in writing, by sending an email or letter to Shopping4. Please always mention your name and order number. The order number can be found in the order confirmation mail that was send by Shopping4 after placing your order. Shopping4 will return any payments made by you within 14 days after receipt of your written cancellation.

    Shopping4 tries to process your order as soon as possible, which results in a very short delay between receipt of your order and shipping of the products to you. If we have shipped the products to you, it is not possible to cancel your order free of charge. The only option is to return the goods to us. 

  • Returning a product

    If a product is not meeting your expectations, you can return it to Shopping4. Please ship your packaging, including a copy of the original invoice, to:

    Please apply the below procedure when you have decided to return a product to us. This way we can guarantee a fast and correct processing.

    • Inform our customer service via email or letter that you want to return a product
    • You will receive an e-mail confirming your return request.
    • Our customer service team will provide you instructions on how to return your product(s). This will be done via email of phone.
    • After receival of your goods, a confirmation mail or letter will be sent by Shopping4.
    • We will invest your complaint and will return to you as soon as possible with a solution. If your complaint is accepted by Shopping4 (e.g. the product is not working or damaged), then you will can opt to replace the product or go for a refund (cancellation of your order). In the latter case, Shopping4 will refund you as soon as possible.

    All expenses linked with returning a product, are to be financed by yourself. Only in case of a valid complaint (e.g. product defect), Shopping4 will reimburse you all costs related to the return of the product.

  • Paying by using BanContact / Mister Cash

    You can pay easy and safely the goods you want to buy online by using BanContact/Mister Cash. The safety and reliability are definately guaranteed. This paying method only works if you have a Belgian banking account.


    BanContact/Mister Cash is supported in Belgium by the following banks: Dexia, Fortis, ING, FINTRO, KBC, CBC, AXA bank and VDK Spaarbank. Access to internet banking is sufficient to ensure full use of Maestro / BanContact.

    How does BanContact/Mister Cash work?

    You place an online order at Shopping4. When checking out, you can indicate that you would like to buy using BanContact/Mister Cash. Click on the BanContact/Mister Cash logo. While checking out, you shall be redirected to a secure page where you will be asked to fill in some details regarding your account. You authorise the payment in the next screen and the money shall be deducted from your account upon your approval. Minutes after you bought the products, you shall be notified by email about your order.

    When placed before 16.00 hours, the order shall usually be sent the same day. In most cases, it shall be delivered upon your doorstep the next day.

  • Payment though PayPal

    PayPal is an online payment service you can use to pay for goods from eBay and other online shops. PayPal has more than 100 million accounts worldwide. Each PayPal member benefits from convenient, fast and secure payments.

    To become a PayPal member and shop online quickly and securely, simply create a PayPal account by clicking the Sign up button. Once you signed up, you can register your credit card details with PayPal. Your credit card is linked to your PayPal account. Whenever you make a payment via PayPal, you do not have to enter any personal or credit card data, only your paypal account ID and password will be required.

    If you have created a PayPal account, you can view the PayPal website in Dutch, French and English. To do this, log in to your PayPal account, select the Profile tab, click on the link Language Preference and then select your preferred language.

     

    How does PayPal work?

    You place your order on the Shopping4Satellite website. During checkout, you specify that you want to pay via PayPal. This is done by selecting the PayPal payment method. You fill in the required data. After you authorise the payment, PayPal debits the amount from either the money stored on your account balance or your credit card automatically – you don’t have to do a thing. Payments made to you will be stored in your PayPal account.

  • Payment through Ideal

    The iDEAL payment system allows you a fast and secure online payment. iDEAL is done via the same platform of the internet-banking applications. This system offers you a safe and fast payment process via your own internet banking application, applying your banks specific security systems.

    For executing the payment of your goods bought online, you are using exactly the same tools as when you would be doing a money transfer via your online banking website (e.g. Random Reader for Rabobank, SMS-Tan for Postbank, and e.dentifier if you are a ABN AMRO customer). Your payment is executed immediately: it is just like doing a standard bank transfer.

    iDEAL is supported by the major Dutch banks: ABN AMRO, ING, Rabobank, Fortis, SNS Bank, ASN Bank and Friesland Bank. Access to the internet banking application of one of these banks is sufficient to be able to use iDEAL.

     

    How is iDEAL working?

    You place your order on the Shopping4 website. During checkout, you specify that you want to pay via the iDEAL platform. This is done by selecting the iDEAL payment method. You fill in the required data and after confirming the checkout you will be asked to select your bank. Once you have done this, you will be redirected to the web-banking application of the selected bank, and a payment transaction will be created automatically by the application. You will be requested to specify some data and to confirm the payment. The payment will be executed immediately by your bank and Shopping4 will be informed about this payment, allowing us to prepare the shipment of your order.

    If your order has been placed before 14h00 CET, your order will be processed the same day by our team. Depending on the country of destination, your shipment is delivered within 24 hours.

     

    BTW: payments done via the iDEAL platform involve no extra costs and hence are free.

  • Payment upon collection in our shop

    Shopping4Satellite is offering also the possibility to pay your order in cash when picking up your order in our warehouse. You need to select during checkout the ‘collect yourself’. You will be contacted by our customer service team to fix a date and time of pick up. Orders can only be picked up in our warehouse in Knesselare (East-Flanders, Belgium) on Saturdays. The goods will remain in our collect point for 3 weeks. Payment needs to be done in cash: it is not possible to pay via bank contact or credit card.

     

    PS: We are not charging any additional costs if you choose to pickup the goods in our offices. Of course we are not charging you any shipping costs.

  • Payment through wire transfer

    Your order can be done by means of a wire transfer to the banking account of P2K BVBA, the owner of the Shopping4 shops. We ask you to mention your order number on the transfer document. You will receive the order number automatically via e-mail after placing your order.

    Bank transfers via a standard bank transfer are free within Europe for all citizens. We want to remind you that banks require some days to process your money transfer.

    Shopping4 is shipping your goods only after receiving your money transfer on one of the aforementioned bank accounts. If you require faster shipping of your order, you might consider another payment options.

  • Payment by using Visa/Mastercard

    U kunt uw bestelling bij Shopping4Satellite op een veilige manier met uw kredietkaart afrekenen.


    Voor betalingen via kredietkaart wordt u automatisch doorgeleid naar de beveiligde website van MultiSavePay; een bedrijf gespecialiseerd in beveiligde online betalingen. Uw creditcard­gegevens worden versleuteld verstuurd via een SSL-beveiligde verbinding. Hierdoor wordt verhinderd dat uw gegevens worden onderschept. Een beveiligde verbinding kunt u herkennen aan het webadres, deze moet dan beginnen met https:// in plaats van http://. Ook ziet u bij de meeste browsers een 'slotje' onder in beeld staan.

    Hoe werkt het?

    Indien u tijdens het bestelproces aangeeft dat u met uw kredietkaart wilt betalen, wordt u na het bevestigen van uw bestelling doorgeleid naar de beveiligde website van MultiSavePay. U hoeft zelf geen rekening bij MultiSavePay te hebben of te openen om met uw kredietkaart af te kunnen rekenen.

    Voor het invullen van uw creditcard­gegevens volgt u de instructies op de MultiSavePay site. Uw gegevens worden direct geverifieerd bij de kredietkaart­maatschappij en binnen enkele seconden volgt de autorisatie van uw betaling. Als bewijs van uw betaling ontvangt u van MultiSavePay een bevestiging per e-mail.

    Bij betaling met een kredietkaart, kunnen wij uw bestelling op werkdagen nog dezelfde dag verwerken, mits de bestelling voor 16.00 uur is geplaatst.
