• Deliver your product at a different address then your home address

    During the checkout process, you can specify the delivery address. The delivery address does not need to be the same as the billing address.
    It is possible to deliver your order at e.g. your work address, or as a present at someone’s home address! Remarks or additional information regarding the delivery can be mentioned on the checkout form (see the field ‘remarks’).

    The invoice is send to the billing address, the delivery of the goods is done at the delivery address.

    You can specify a delivery address for each product in your order. If you want your goods to be delivered on several delivery addresses, this can be indicated during the check out/payment step. You will need to pay shipping costs for each point of delivery.

  • How is a product being delivered ?

    As soon as Shopping4 receives the payment, we will start wrapping the order up and the product shall be sent to you through DPD. As soon as your package is sent, you shall receive an email in which a track and trace code can be found. With that code, you can locate your package at any given moment.

    Your order shall be processed when you pay by using iDEAL, Paypal, direct banking or by means of a credit card and when we receive your payment before 17.00. In many cases, the product shall be delivered upon your doorstep the very next day then.

    Packages are usually being delivered at another time then regular mail. Unfortunately, we cannot influence the exact moment of delivery.

  • What is the delivery time ?

    The time we need to deliver the product depends on the country of destination.
    Deliveries within Belgium require in general 24 hours with a maximum of 48 hours. For deliveries outside Belgium, the lead time can be up to 4 days maximum.

    Your order is being shipped immediately after receipt of the payment. Payments done via credit card, iDeal or direct banking are executed immediately after placing your order.
    If you opt to pay via bank transfer, execution of the payment takes about 2 days. You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped.

  • What if I am not home at the time of delivery ?

    Shopping4 wants to deliver the goods where you want them to be delivered. You therefor have the option to specify the delivery address for your products. The delivery address does not need to be the same as the billing address. It is also not required to provide your personal address as the delivery address: if you prefer, we can deliver the goods at your neighbour, a family member or even at your work. Unfortunately it is not allowed to specify a postal box as delivery address.

    In case nobody is present at the time of the delivery, our logistical partner (DPD) will make 2 other attempts to deliver on the requested delivery address. After each unsuccessfull delivery, DPD will leave a notification. On this notification, the following options will be indicated with regards to the second (and if required third delivery) of your package:

    - change the delivery address
    - specify the delivery date
    - collect the package in the DPD regional warehouse
